This text is a provisional draft, still subject to legal review, and does not constitute the final version of the INpulse Animal Health Privacy Policy. It only indicates the intended structure; the definitive version, in line with Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR, will be published after review by specialized counsel.

Data we collect

We collect the data you provide in our contact and commercial request forms, such as name, email, phone, clinic or company, and the message you send. We also collect navigation data generated automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and data from cookies and analytics tools.

Purpose of processing

We use the data to respond to your contacts, provide commercial and support service, send information about products and content when authorized, and improve the browsing experience on the site. We do not use the data for purposes incompatible with those stated at the time of collection.

Legal basis

Processing relies on the legal bases set out in the LGPD, as applicable: the data subject’s consent, the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest, always respecting your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Data sharing

To run our service, we may share data with technology providers acting as processors, such as workflow automation tools (n8n), CRM systems, and marketing and analytics partners. These partners process data only on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Data subject rights

You may request confirmation of processing, as well as access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of your data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent, under the LGPD. To exercise these rights, simply reach us through the channels listed at the end of this policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand site usage, measure campaign performance and improve content. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, aware that this may affect some features. Details about the cookies used will be included in the final version of this policy.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfill the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Once that period ends, data is deleted or anonymized, except where its retention is required by law.
